Dialogue Tip + Upcoming Workshops (Kansas City / St. Louis) Hello Reader, As a woman, I find it helpful to share how my pro-life views stem, in part, from my belief that the pro-life position truly supports women. But what if you’re not a woman? That argument might not carry the same weight for some people. A conversation I had with a student at Minnesota State University in Mankato. You’ve probably heard the phrase, “No uterus, no opinion.” It’s a quick way to shut down dialogue, leaving no...

Helping post-abortive friends and family members

These are incredibly heavy topics, and the fear of saying the wrong thing often leads people to avoid the discussion altogether. JFA outreach event at Fort Lewis College (2022) But avoiding tough questions won’t change hearts and minds....

Another mind changed on abortion! + Upcoming pro-life dialogue workshops

Hey Reader, I’ll be leading some pro-life dialogue workshops in October and November, and I want to make sure you know about them! But first, I’d like to share a cool interaction from my most recent outreach event. The poll asked, “Should abortion remain legal?” Students could vote yes or no. My teammate Andrea and I recently conducted outreach at a college campus in Minnesota, setting up our table across from the campus cafeteria to engage with students between classes and meals. From the...
